Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) has locations in Othello and the Central District. Services at the clinics include pediatric medical care, behavioral health, dental services, nutrition, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy and more. Since 1970, OBCC has worked to uphold the vision of community organizer Odessa Brown: to bring quality healthcare with dignity to children from birth to young adulthood in the Central District and south Seattle. We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our dynamic and mission-driven pediatric team, serving a vibrant and diverse patient population. In this role, you'll develop and maintain a robust primary care pediatric practice that supports families from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds—many of whom are low-income, non-English speaking, and medically complex. A significant portion of the children and families you care for will require thoughtful care coordination within a well-established, team-based medical home model. The schedule for this position is 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday commitments. In addition to clinic responsibilities, there are opportunities to participate in vaccine clinics and other community-based activities that further support the health and well-being of the children and families we serve. We’re looking for a compassionate provider who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to health equity. Strong communication skills and cultural humility are essential. Near-native fluency in a second language is highly desirable and considered a positive factor in our selection process.
