We're looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Franklin, TN! As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Skin Pharm, you'll assess patients' skin concerns, needs and goals to develop personalized skin care plans. Comprehensive patient care is at the heart of the APP role. This includes in-clinic treatments, at-home skin care recommendations and managing prescriptions when necessary. You'll perform a variety of cosmetic treatments and build meaningful patient relationships while providing the highest standard of care and natural, never-overdone results. You're passionate about the aesthetics industry, a critical thinker and excellent at multitasking. You're autonomous yet collaborative. You're social media-savvy and have a knack for networking, too.

  • Assess patients' skin concerns, needs and goals to develop personalized skin care plans.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care including in-clinic treatments and at-home skin care recommendations.
  • Manage prescriptions when necessary.
  • Perform a variety of cosmetic treatments.
  • Build meaningful patient relationships.
  • Provide the highest standard of care and natural results.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program.
  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) for NP, or certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA.
  • 1+ year of experience practicing in aesthetic medicine or a procedure-oriented specialty preferred.
  • Experience in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, needling treatments, light therapy and medical-grade skin care consultations is a plus.
