About The Position

Requirements

• Must have a Master's degree and be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.
• 1 year of work experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree Physician Assistant Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, UTIs, and more.
• Responsible for hospital consults in Waynesboro and outpatient care with flexibility to work varying 1.00 FTE daytime only schedule Monday-Friday (No after hours call, or weekend call).
• Support and collaborate alongside a team of seven Providers between Waynesboro Hospital and Chambersburg Hospital.
• Assist Urologists in surgical procedures, including prep and post-op care of patients.
• Educate patients on urologic health, treatment options, and discharge instructions during 30-minute appointments.
