Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will practice quality medicine, is friendly and caring, and will provide excellent patient care to join our group at Franciscan ExpressCare Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding locations.

  • Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills while working collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.
  • Treat an average of 3.5 – 5 patients per hour.
  • Participate in weekend and holiday schedule rotations.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems customized for urgent care.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification.
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • 2+ years of urgent care experience.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • DOT Certification or willingness to become certified.
  • Experience in telehealth services.
