About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility in their specialty area under physician supervision.
• Manage selected at-risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' healthcare problems/needs.
• Perform clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement changes to the care plan.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policy.
• Order appropriate tests, procedures, and therapies in collaboration with medical staff.
• Recognize physical, developmental, and psychosocial distress of patients and families, providing appropriate interventions.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
