We are currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in York, PA.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • 1 year of work experience required
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in trauma/critical care or wound care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments during rounding to evaluate patient status and progress
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on patient assessments and team input
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans
