About The Position

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collaborative and high-performing team at Sentara Rheumatology Specialists in Kempsville. This is a rewarding outpatient opportunity offering flexible scheduling, no weekends, and no call responsibilities, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while providing exceptional care to our adult patient population. Position Highlights Outpatient-only role seeing approximately 70-75 patients per week Adult patient population (ages 18 and older) Join a well-established, supportive team of 5 physicians, 1 APP, and 15 clinical/support staff Approximately 80% patient-facing and 20% clerical responsibilities (in-basket, referrals, etc.) Flexible schedule with 29 patient-facing hours and 7 administrative hours weekly No weekends or call responsibilities Region/Location Details Located at 844 Kempsville Road in Norfolk, VA, this practice offers convenient access to coastal living, beautiful beaches, and a vibrant local community.
