About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that specializes in Pulmonary Critical Care Sleep Medicine to join our team and meet the growing demand for Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine services located in our FPN Northwestern Indiana region (our department covers 3 locations: Franciscan Health Munster, Franciscan Health Dyer, & St. Anthony Hospital at Crown Point). Interested candidate will be joining a team of well-established providers including six physicians and three advanced practice providers. Ideal candidate will have a focus on caring for adult patients with experience in clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills, strong critical care skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Advanced Practice Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

  • Master's Degree - Required
  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
