About The Position

Join the highly collaborative and well-run practice of Dr. Matt Brink. We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to work directly with Dr. Brink, focusing on managing follow-up appointments and same-day patient visits. Dr. Brink runs a strong, highly sought-after practice with a staff that loves working with him, setting the stage for a supportive and thriving work environment. You will be fully integrated into the team, allowing you to develop strong, one-on-one working relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and management, while gaining independence and significantly impacting patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant-Master's Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up appointments and same-day patient visits.
• Collaborate directly with Dr. Matt Brink.
• Provide care in a full-scope outpatient practice, seeing patients of all ages.

Benefits

• Anticipated Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Total Target Cash Compensation: Potential to earn between $110,000 - $150,000 with the inclusion of a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
