Join an established Primary Care practice where you will perform patient assessments and assign diagnoses based on recorded assessment data and current scientific research. You will establish a plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care, and current research. Additionally, you will provide education and counseling to patients, families, and groups. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with half Saturdays, offering an excellent work/life balance with no call or weekends.
