About The Position

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Pediatrics, you will work with a highly collaborative team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will cover primarily evenings at our Redrock Pediatrics Clinic. You will practice at Redrock Pediatrics Clinic in St George, Utah. There will be occasional coverage at our nearby Hurricane and Sunset Clinics. Your primary role will be part time (approximately 24 hours / week) and will be in the evenings during clinic hours 530pm - 930pm. The weekly schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, and every other week will include Tuesday or Friday. You will have on-call duties for 1 week every 16th week approximately.

Requirements

• Pediatric APP Experience preferred, New APP Graduates will be considered who possess significant pediatric care experience (Examples: Insta-Care/ Pediatric ED / Mom+Baby pediatric floor exp)
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
