Advanced Practice Provider - Pain Specialists

About The Position

Deliver comprehensive and up to date pain management care including providing patients with multimodal pain treatment options Understand and follow current guidelines and treatment of pain care Team player and able to work with clinical team which includes medical assistant, office secretary, nurses, doctors, and other ancillary staff Obtain patient history and perform adequate physical exa Perform diagnostic clinical evaluation, and refer for appropriate intervention, procedure, physical therapy, other specialist Implement appropriate treatment plan Monitor effectiveness treatment plan and provide alternative treatments plans/referrals Maintain accurate and current patient records Manage challenging situations with patient care including addressing drug use, provide treatment options/ referrals and discharging non-compliant patients Review Prescription drug Monitoring Review Relevant imaging and Diagnostic test in a timely manner and provide appropriate referrals.
