Requirements
- Certified PA-C or NP-C with active (or eligible) Virginia license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office or hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Rheumatology experience is a plus—but not required!
Responsibilities
- New patient evaluations and follow-ups
- Joint exams and procedures
- Medication management
- Ordering and interpreting labs/imaging
- EMR proficiency preferred (NextGen experience is a plus)
