About The Position

The University of Tennessee Medical Center's Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) Program continues to experience significant growth and expansion across both inpatient and outpatient services. As the only comprehensive TCT program in East Tennessee, we provide advanced care for patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation, CAR-T cell therapy, tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, and emerging gene-editing treatments. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will play an essential role in the coordination and delivery of care for patients across the inpatient and outpatient TCT service lines. This position includes responsibilities in the inpatient transplant unit, outpatient cellular infusion clinic, and apheresis center, ensuring continuity and quality of care throughout the patient journey. The NP will participate in a rotating on-call schedule shared among the existing clinical team to provide comprehensive coverage for urgent patient needs. This individual will collaborate closely with TCT physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment.
