Job Details Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Kidney Medicine has an exciting part-time opportunity for an APRN or PA-C. This provider will be responsible for the management of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, Blood Pressure Disorders and End Stage Renal Disease. Duties will include care of patients in an Outpatient Clinic in the Eastern/South region. The candidate will work in the outpatient clinic independently but will collaborate closely with Staff Nephrologists as well as the Multidisciplinary Care Team. Seeking a candidate that is able to function autonomously, as well as a team player to facilitate the care of medically complex patient populations. The ability to be flexible and multi-task in a very busy practice is necessary. Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills are needed and a critical care background is preferred. Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs.
