Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs. The Epilepsy Department is seeking a team-oriented and engaged Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team of over 20 APPs caring for patients with epilepsy. Our team provides care in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), Pediatric Monitoring Unit (PMU) and epilepsy consult service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This position is to join the team who cares for our patients on the epilepsy inpatient service during the night. This shift comes with an attractive pay differential, making this an excellent opportunity for those in the field!
