About The Position
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) – Locations: Lady Lake, FL Village Heart & Vein, a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding outpatient cardiology team in Lady Lake. Our practice is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to exceptional patient care, and strong APP–physician partnerships. Position Highlights Location: Lady Lake, FL Focus on general cardiology including new patient visits and follow-ups Join a large, well-supported cardiology team with excellent APP mentorship W2-employed position with full benefits
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong interest in cardiology; comfort learning in a high-volume clinic setting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient cardiac evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and clinic staff to support high-quality patient care
- Review diagnostic testing, manage medication adjustments, and participate in care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
