This Neonatal APP will support our Northern Utah Geography, which includes 8 Neonatologists and 12 Neonatal APPs. Primary location will be McKay-Dee Hospital's level III 32 bed NICU, located in Ogden, Utah. Our Neonatal APPs provide onsite coverage 24/7. Group also provides care at Layton Hospital's level II 10 bed NICU & Logan Regional Hospital's Well Newborn Nursery. It's anticipated you may provide care in any of our three locations. Supported by qualified staff including RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, CNAs, among others. Our APPs report directly to an AP Director, who is also a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Full time, this APP will be scheduled an average of 36 hours per week. May be taken in 12 or 24-hour increments. Due to the 24/7 nature of our work after orientation, shifts will require a mix of days, nights, weekends, holidays. You will be eligible for shift differentials ranging from 10-50% additional income when working nights, weekends, holidays, or critical extra shifts.
