Advanced Practice Provider - Maternal Fetal Medicine
About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand at FPN Maternal Fetal Medicine & Genetics Crown Point in Crown Point, Indiana. Our office is located at the at Franciscan Health Crown Point. Interested candidate will join a consultative-only practice with established physicians offering services such as high-risk pregnancy consultation, routine and detailed fetal anatomic survey, genetic counseling, prenatal screening and fetal diagnostic testing. Candidate will have experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine and/or OB/GYN. Candidate is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. The Advanced Practice Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. Requirements
- Master's Degree Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required
Responsibilities
- Assist with Procedures: Amniocentesis
- Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
- Percutaneous Umbilical Cord Blood Sampling (PUBS)
- Intrauterine Transfusion
- Cerclage
