About The Position
ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - to join our Internal Medicine team in Toledo, OH. Established, busy ambulatory clinic located at the Medical Office Building on the campus of Toledo Hospital Provides comprehensive medical services following a patient care medical home model Currently 2 physicians and 5 NPs Call Coverage: weekly rotation and after hours call Clinic is open Monday -Friday , 7am - 8pm In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Primary Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
- Master's degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
- Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
