About The Position

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join a new General Medicine Residency Clinic for Internal Medicine in Williamsburg, VA who will collaborate closely with residents. Position Highlights: 36 patient-contact hours with 4 hours of administrative time, day shift Brand new resident training program being built at clinic Regular interacts with residents and collaborates to ensure a quality patient experience Strong documentation skills and high attention to detail will be needed to ensure patient continuity Williamsburg is home to exceptional primary and higher education school systems with the College of William & Mary consistently being recognized as one of the best values in the nation. The tree-lined communities with ample green space provide well-planned living options and are minutes from Williamsburg’s beautifully preserved historical sites and museums. Williamsburg is 45 minutes to Richmond, 3 hours to Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean in Virginia Beach.

Requirements

  • Active NP or PA
  • Experience preferred, but open to exceptional new grads with internal medicine and family medicine background
  • Master’s Level degree required
