Additional Job Description: Clinic name & address - 1002 Sushruta Drive Martinsburg, WV Work schedule/days per week - Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM Call requirements - no current after-hours phone call but may implement in future EMR - EPIC Providers (5 Physicians and 1 NP) in clinic Expected Patient volume - 16-20 per day Expectation of patient age range - 18+
