Role Summary As a Steadfast Health APP, working in our hospital partner settings, you’ll practice at the top of your license, providing a compassionate, evidence-based, addiction medicine consult service, filling a critical gap in substance use disorder care. You will serve as a primary point of contact for providers in the hospital, providing timely consultations, treatment recommendations, and mission-driven support to patients. As a key member of the hospital-based consult team, you’ll work closely with attending physicians, hospitalists, nursing staff, and case managers. Physician backup will be readily available, and you’ll remain closely connected to Steadfast’s leadership team.
