About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) specializing in Hematology/Oncology to join our team. This position is per diem and will require coverage for the Immediate Care Cancer Center and Outpatient Clinic across North Shore Legacy Hospitals, including Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park Hospital, and Skokie Hospital. The role demands availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with potential weekend and holiday shifts. The hourly pay range for this position is $57.69 to $75.77, determined by the candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
• Completion of Master's level program in specialty area.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior APN/PA experience in Hematology/Oncology required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease.
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
