About The Position

ProMedica Physicians - Ear, Nose & Throat, one of Toledo’s premier ENT practices’, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding practice based at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in Sylvania, OH. Support 2 Head & Neck surgeons with another APP Schedule consists of 4 - 10-hour shifts with occasional weekends as needed No current call requirements Will support both surgical services and outpatient clinic Will provide services at Outpatient Sylvania office, ProMedica Toledo Hospital, and ProMedica Flower Hospital In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Primary Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Requirements

Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
Acute Care Certification Required for Nurse Practitioner Candidates
Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
Certificate of Authority to practice.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Primary Care services.
Support surgical services and outpatient clinic
Support 2 Head & Neck surgeons with another APP
Will provide services at Outpatient Sylvania office, ProMedica Toledo Hospital, and ProMedica Flower Hospital
