This opportunity is located at Community Hospital North. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established general surgery team in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated , experienced advanced practice provider with experience in surgery. Requirements
