About The Position

The Opportunity: We are hiring an experienced APP for our Plaza Primary Care Clinic in Kansas City, MO. The Work: This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data Identifies appropriate expected outcomes Develops and implements patient plan of care Provides comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management Provides consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations Evaluates clients progress in attaining expected outcomes Conducts nursing research and provides education to patient family and nursing staff Position will primarily see adult patient population Candidates with 2-3 years of advanced practice preferred. Master's Degree, Dual licensure APRN Missouri and Kansas, BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Why Saint Luke’s? Requirements

  • 2 years Advanced Practice Provider
  • Master's Degree
  • Dual licensure APRN Missouri and Kansas
  • BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
