Requirements

• Meet comprehensive and professional standards
• Hold a current, valid Virginia medical license or be eligible
• Possess a valid DEA controlled substance registration
• Nurse Practitioner – Master’s in Nursing, NP License, NP Certification
• Physician Assistant – Master’s Degree, PA License
