We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated new-to-practice nurse practitioner (APN) or physician assistant (PA) looking for an innovative and comprehensive fellowship program. This is a 12-month fellowship designed for new or newer to practice APNs or PAs that are passionate about advancing their clinical and professional practice in a supportive and collaborative environment. This program aims to provide clinical, didactic and mentorship opportunities in hospital medicine to grow the new to practice provider's knowledge and confidence in their practice. Program focuses include mentor guided clinical practice with focuses on acute care medicine patient management, oncology, cardiology, palliative, consultative medicine and critical care medicine. As well as professional development elements in evidence-based practice, quality and process improvement and high reliability training.
