About The Position
The Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship is an 18-month post-graduate training program aimed at preparing nurse practitioners and NCCPA-certified physician assistants for roles in emergency medicine. The program combines didactic education with hands-on patient care, allowing fellows to develop advanced clinical skills in a high-acuity environment. The fellowship includes various rotations, certifications, and unique experiences such as Event Medicine and Wilderness Medicine, fostering a comprehensive understanding of emergency care.
