Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced full-time Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice at Franciscan Physician Network Columbus Primary & Specialty Care located in Columbus, IN. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Display exceptional interpersonal skills and develop strong ties with the community.
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients.

Requirements

• Master's Degree Required.
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required.
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required.
