About The Position

ProMedica Physicians - Ear, Nose & Throat, one of Toledo’s premier ENT practices’, is seeking an Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join expanding practice based at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in Sylvania, OH. Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgical cases Monday - Friday schedule with weekend rotation Weekend, Holiday, and Call rotation among 4 APP's Robust support system of Physicians, SLPs, Audiology, and APP Care team Services provided at Sylvania office, Perrysburg office, Toledo Hospital, and Flower Hospital In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Primary Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Acute Care Certification Required for Nurse Practitioner Candidates
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
