Advanced Practice Provider - ENT
About The Position
ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - to join our healthcare team in Sylvania, OH. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across ENT services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Primarily working Inpatient Weekend, Holiday, and Call rotation among providers Robust support system of Physicians, SLPs, Audiology, and APP Care team Services provided at Sylvania office, Perrysburg office, Toledo Hospital, and Flower Hospital
Requirements
- Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
- Master's degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS,
- etc.).
- Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
