About The Position
The Cardiovascular Institute of New England, a partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America, is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to its growing team. With more than 25 years of experience and a network of over 15 locations, this practice delivers comprehensive cardiovascular care across the region, including specialties such as electrophysiology and interventional cardiology. The role primarily involves outpatient cardiology care with the opportunity to expand into hospital-based work, and offers growth into areas such as interventional, EP, or heart failure based on experience.
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active, unrestricted license required
- Strong work ethic with a patient-first mindset
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Primarily outpatient cardiology care with opportunity to expand into hospital-based work
- Evaluate patients, manage treatment plans, and oversee ongoing cardiac care
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing (EKGs, imaging, labs)
- Collaborate with cardiologists across a variety of subspecialties
- Opportunity to grow into areas such as interventional, EP, or heart failure based on experience
