About The Position
Sentara Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, providing the opportunity to collaborate with physicians in the hospital while also managing patients independently in the clinic. Position Highlights Full-time schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (1 2 days in office) Inpatient care at Sentara Obici Hospital and Sentara CarePlex Hospital Outpatient clinic with independent patient management Average patient panel of 15 per day Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 11:00 a.m.) Rotating call schedule: once every two weeks (nights, phone only not in person) Duties include general follow-ups and new patient visits Benefit Highlights Comprehensive benefits and retirement packages $3,000 CME allowance $5,000 annual quality bonus Malpractice and tail coverage Generous paid time off Fully integrated EHR (Epic) Join a supportive, team-oriented environment where your skills and expertise will make a meaningful impact on patient care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
