We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital East. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN locations — Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital East. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or a new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or oncology settings. Community was the first provider in Indiana to offer a multi‑disciplinary Cardio‑Oncology Clinic , a personalized heart care destination for cancer patients. The goal of the clinic is to help patients complete their cancer treatment while mitigating cardiovascular impact. We focus on early detection and treatment of potential cardio‑toxicity from cancer therapy and aggressive cardiovascular risk‑factor reduction throughout a patient’s cancer journey in partnership with MD Anderson. Requirements

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana
Must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Nice To Haves

Experience in Cardio‑Oncology is preferred
