The Advanced Practice Provider, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, seeing patients in clinic/office. Also responsible for hospital related duties such as assisting with surgery, Hospital rounding, and participating in on-call responsibilities. Participates in patient and family teaching. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certificate assisting in OR. All duties and responsibilities must be accomplished with the guidelines of the established protocols and in accordance with the Physician Written Practice Agreement as required by New York State.
