Position Overview We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive medical care to adults of all ages (and children, if family medicine trained). You'll work as part of an integrated care team serving medically underserved individuals in our community, many of whom have mental health conditions and substance use disorders. This role qualifies for HRSA National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholarship and loan repayment programs.
