The Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a dynamic and driven leader to manage its growing team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This high-impact role oversees a talented group of approximately 18 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who deliver exceptional care to both pediatric and adult patients across Middle Tennessee. As Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing clinical operations-driving performance metrics such as patient volume, schedule utilization, and lead times-while helping shape the strategic direction of a rapidly expanding department. This is a unique hybrid position offering the best of both worlds: approximately 2.5 days per week in clinic providing direct patient care, and 2.5 days dedicated to leadership and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of experienced, independent APPs, collaborate with departmental and executive leadership, and influence decisions that directly impact patient outcomes and provider success.
