Provides direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under the supervision of a physician. This position involves obtaining patient history and performing assessments, ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures, and providing and documenting direct treatment and management of health conditions. The role also includes counseling and educating patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources. Additionally, the position requires performing preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and care.
