No matter what.” ________________________________________ The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will function in an expanded role as the primary provider of medical services. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) works to assess the gynecological and family planning needs of patients including ordering, interpreting, and recording results of clinical tests. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other forms of treatment, including birth control.
