This individual provides direct patient care as the Center's Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner according to established protocols, policies, procedures, and accepted standards of care. Functions within approved scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. Follow established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff.

Requirements

• Current Delaware APN or PA license
• Current CPR Certification
• Ability to perform CPR
• 2 - 4 years experience
• Graduate of a Nationally Certified and Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Pediatrics
• Experience in GYN
• Experience in Family Medicine
• Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Room
• Previous experience in Wellness Center or Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice
• Prior experience with family practice, women's health (GYN only), and pediatrics preferred
• Master of Science in Nursing
