About The Position

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care in our Walk-In Clinic. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages (6 months to geriatric) while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
• Active licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain upon job offer.
• Current BLS certification (per American Heart Association guidelines).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or walk-in clinic settings.
• Strong procedural competency in outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatments for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage medical and surgical conditions in an urgent care setting.
• Interpret and analyze diagnostic tests, including EKGs, X-rays, and lab results.
• Perform minor procedures, including foreign body removal, incision and drainage of abscesses, nosebleed management, laceration repair, and orthopedic injury management.
• Provide preventative care, risk assessments, coaching, and patient counseling.
• Handle emergency and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
