You will play a key role in designing and implementing AI algorithms, models, and systems that power next-generation solutions across diverse business units. Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field (Ph.D. preferred but not required)
• 3+ years of experience in Python programming and AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, optimization, deep learning)
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace Transformers
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines for training and deployment in IT/OT product environments
• Optimize distributed training execution, including hyperparameter tuning and performance improvements
• Ensure model reliability, scalability, and uptime, maintaining high standards of code quality and monitoring
• Integrate ML libraries with cloud-based frameworks to streamline deployment and operationalization
