About The Position

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI) for the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) sub business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
