About The Position

As a mechanical engineer for Maritime & Strategic Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the mechanical designs related to flight and security systems for our customer. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Solid Modeling CAD tools/Engineering drawings, Engineering change, and electronics packaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Strong proficiency with modeling CAD tools to create mechanical models and drawings.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication methods.
• Experience with technical, government, and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills with ability to write technical papers and proposals.
