This Position reports to: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Job Description: Support manufacturing engineering with process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and development of new equipment, layouts, and processes. Assist with design, implementation, and documentation of fixtures, tooling, manufacturing instructions, standard work, and training materials. Participate in continuous improvement activities including time studies, RCFA/DMAIC projects, preventive maintenance, and cycle time, scrap, and rework reduction. Collaborate with engineers, production, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues while supporting safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university in the study of Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
