Believing every job should be done right the first time, the Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you’ll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings. Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we’ll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems. Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
  • Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system
  • Solid computer, communication and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lamination processes and mixing aheasives is preferred
