Our Utilities Area Manufacturing Engineer (AME) holds a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all utilities systems within a designated business unit. This position is essential to maintaining reliability, efficiency, and safety across our operations. Based in Baytown, Texas, the Utilities AME drives innovation, and long-term success by tackling complex challenges and spearheading strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Solving intricate unit issues with deep technical insight Leading impactful improvement projects that elevate performance Providing expert reviews of process safety studies to uphold the highest standards Mentoring and coaching, shaping the next generation of engineers through hands-on training and guidance
