If you are a Mechanical Engineering Student looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you within our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department!  Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will improve your skills learned in the classroom by balancing the priorities of multiple engineering teams and projects. You will collaborate with different departments in addition to their own, in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Materials, Management, etc. You will need to be willing to spend time in a manufacturing setting, in a lab/testing environment, and/or be willing to work in an office setting. Your responsibilities will combine individual tasks as well as collaborative work or group projects. Potential Internship Roles within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Group: Manufacturing Engineering Design Engineering Advanced Technology Machining Assembly

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Anticipated graduation of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design
  • Skills or coursework in areas such as CAD/3D modeling, machining, data analysis, Lean/continuous improvement, or automation
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided)
